Ticket Sales and Delivery
- All tickets are sold directly by us as the official organiser of each event, unless stated otherwise.
- Tickets are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and check for ticket delivery.
- Ticket prices may include additional fees (e.g. service, processing, or booking fees), which will be clearly shown before checkout.
- Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Event Information and Changes
- We reserve the right to make changes to event details such as venue, date, time, or lineup due to operational, safety, or artist-related reasons.
- If a performer (including international acts) cannot appear due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., visa issues, illness), we may substitute a performer, reschedule the event, or cancel it.
- Updates will be communicated via email and/or posted on our official social media platforms as soon as practicable.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a refund or a ticket to a rescheduled event (if applicable).
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- Refunds for rescheduled events will only be offered in specific circumstances, at our discretion, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not offer refunds for inability to attend due to personal circumstances, including travel issues, visa denials, illness, or change of mind.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Admission and Conduct
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and, where required, matching photo ID.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or intoxicated behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Entry after the event start time may be restricted at our discretion.
- Venue rules and conditions apply. We recommend checking the official venue website for up-to-date information.
Ticket Restrictions
- Tickets are for personal use only and must not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
- Any resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a price higher than the original purchase price may result in cancellation without refund.
- Tickets must not be duplicated, altered, or tampered with in any way.
International Artists and Force Majeure
- Many of our performers travel from overseas. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure their participation, we are not liable for cancellations or alterations due to issues beyond our control, including immigration delays, illness, or flight disruptions.
- We are not liable for changes or cancellations resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If an event is canceled, a full refund will be offered. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Age Restrictions
- Some events may have age restrictions (e.g. R18, 16+, or all-ages).
- Age restrictions will be clearly stated on the event page.
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with age requirements before purchasing tickets.
- Entry will be denied without valid government-issued photo ID where required, and no refund will be provided.
- Where permitted, minors attending all-ages events may be required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Local Laws and Venue Policies
- Events are subject to the laws and regulations of the country and venue in which they take place.
- You agree to comply with all local laws, venue-specific rules, and any safety or conduct guidelines provided by event staff.
- We will highlight important legal or venue-specific requirements on each event’s page when applicable.
Liability Disclaimer
- Attendance at our events is at your own risk.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered at the event, except where caused by our negligence.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or personal belongings.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
- You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm our services or other users.
- All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or used under licence.
- Content may not be copied, modified, or reused without our prior written consent.
